Monetary Surprise?

So have you ever put on a jacket, pair of pants or pulled out a purse you haven't used in a while only to be pleasantly surprised to find a few bucks stashed away in the pocket? I have done this quite a bit as I am sure you have as well.....
So try this one. Have you ever checked the balance in your bank account only to be confusingly surprised at the balance? This is what happened to me.
I checked my bank account this morning to see if a few of my bills had come out. But when I heard the balance, it was not what I expected. When I looked online at the account, I kinda figured out why. I have been awaiting my federal tax refund deposit and it finally came via direct deposit today. most of the time I would be happy to get it. but when I checked my bank account this morning, there was $220 more than was supposed to be there....It is like finding money in your pockets, only I don't think most people just happen to leave $220 in their pockets and forget about it. (if you are the exception to this statement, can I be your friend?)
Long story short, I think the IRS fixed a $220 error on my taxes.

New Printer?!?!?!?!?

Can it be true? I'm getting a new printer at work?!?!?! I realize this might not be as exciting for you as it is for me. but what you must understand is that I have the oldest computer at work... by like 3 years or more (and in computer age, 3 years is a long time!) I've only been without a printer for like 3 days at work, but even when I did have a color printer, it didn't print on cardstock which ment I couldn't print the business cards, or the time cards. Now I can print color things at my desk that I would either have to have someone else print, or I would have to print them on the other side of the building, meaning I would have to go to the other side of the building, load the correct paper product in the printer, go back to my desk to hit the print button, back to the printer to collect the printed items, then back to my desk to do whatever I had planned on doing with it. (that is if I remember what I was going to do with it)

Rough Day

I can't say it's entirely been rough... just the last 20 minutes. The rest of my weekend was great! (that's for a happier blog post later.) As I was on my way home from a birthday party, I realized tomorrow is Monday. I have to go back to work tomorrow. And I don't want to. Going along with that is I'm sick of my job and I'm sick of complaining about my job. I'm grateful for the ability I have to work and provide for myself. I really am. But this last year, it's been really rough. Between a new boss and new rules and procedures I just dont want to be there anymore. I really dont! I'm sick of disliking Sunday nights so much because I know what the next day will bring. Frustration, anxiety, loathing, genereal dislike, feeling underappreciated. I dont know how much more of this job I can take! I was so worked up about this on the way home that I was crying. Then when I walked in the door of my house, I was to the point of being angry.
