My Grandma Perry,

So some of you (ok, probably only 2 of you) know that my paternal grandmother (Roberta Ilene Perry) has spent the last few days in the hospital with pneumonia. She has had lung problems (asthma, emphazima, COPD, ect) for some time now due to 25+ years of smoking.
She has 2 sons, my dad and his brother R.L. Perry, who is a hard guy to get ahold of.(yes, those are his initials.) so my dad is leaving for Arizona today. Last night he was able to get a priesthood blessing of comfort which I think will really help while he is down there. This is not an easy thing for him. all of his grandparents have passed away. I think i only knew my dad's paternal grandparents who passed away some time between 1993 and 1999 (aprox). my dad's maternal grandparents died in 1976. His uncle was killed in a car crash while he was on his way to an accident (he was a sherrif / police officer)
One good thing is that my dad joined the church about 29 years ago (another aprox.) so he has the knowledge about the plan of salvation which i hope will be of comfort to him as he heads to Arizona.

New Printer?!?!?!?!?

Can it be true? I'm getting a new printer at work?!?!?! I realize this might not be as exciting for you as it is for me. but what you must understand is that I have the oldest computer at work... by like 3 years or more (and in computer age, 3 years is a long time!) I've only been without a printer for like 3 days at work, but even when I did have a color printer, it didn't print on cardstock which ment I couldn't print the business cards, or the time cards. Now I can print color things at my desk that I would either have to have someone else print, or I would have to print them on the other side of the building, meaning I would have to go to the other side of the building, load the correct paper product in the printer, go back to my desk to hit the print button, back to the printer to collect the printed items, then back to my desk to do whatever I had planned on doing with it. (that is if I remember what I was going to do with it)

Rough Day

I can't say it's entirely been rough... just the last 20 minutes. The rest of my weekend was great! (that's for a happier blog post later.) As I was on my way home from a birthday party, I realized tomorrow is Monday. I have to go back to work tomorrow. And I don't want to. Going along with that is I'm sick of my job and I'm sick of complaining about my job. I'm grateful for the ability I have to work and provide for myself. I really am. But this last year, it's been really rough. Between a new boss and new rules and procedures I just dont want to be there anymore. I really dont! I'm sick of disliking Sunday nights so much because I know what the next day will bring. Frustration, anxiety, loathing, genereal dislike, feeling underappreciated. I dont know how much more of this job I can take! I was so worked up about this on the way home that I was crying. Then when I walked in the door of my house, I was to the point of being angry.
